Inside Sales / Lead Generation Team Lead

Description:We are looking for a highly motivated inside sales professional with expertise in managing lead generation operations and extensive experience in leveraging phone communication/cold calling activity to drive sales activity. Reporting to the Director, Lead Generation, the Team Lead is responsible for working with the marketing and sales teams in identifying, assessing, and prospecting new clients and support managing lead generation staff and operations.

The Team Lead will:
- Identify and qualify prospective clients
- Create scripts, call plans, and email correspondence
- Establish and expand relationships with State Hospital Associations
- Optimize trade show and industry event attendance of the Sales team
- Promote and follow up on prospect and lead generation events through calling campaigns
- Support management of lead generation staff and operations/processes
- Collaborate with Sales VPís on territory plans and schedule meetings
- Represent Sg2 and support sales team at Sg2 prospecting or trade show events
Qualifications:- Bachelorís Degree required
- 2-3 years managerial experience within a health care call center/customer service environments or inside sales
- At least 2-3 years of direct inside sales experience
- Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage various assignments simultaneously
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships with internal and external clients, particularly in difficult or challenging situations
- Excellent communications skills, to both internal and external stakeholders, both oral and written
- Must work well on a team in a fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
- Must be very creative and demonstrate outside-of-the-box thinking to produce results in a resource constraint environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio, as well as Internet Explorer and Adobe Acrobat
- Requires Ďhands-oní flexible self-driven person with excellent strategic, tactical and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional organization
- B2B marketing experience, healthcare experienced preferred
- Willing to travel 15-25% of the time
